All of this and more have dulled our senses and distracted us from our desire. With expensive offerings that co-opt indigenous practices, lack of personalization and idolized messaging of a golden few, where does the wellness industry leave us when we need healing the most?
Here’s some news. Your body, your being and your time belong to you. Although daily obligations might convince you otherwise, there’s a way to begin healing from burnout and reconnect to what’s important - Who you are. What you need. What you love.
